Blue began as a tiream that crossed my mind one day year.$ ago, when I was Jiving on the other side of the earth, on a densely populated island in the SO'llth China Sea. It was born from an obser!lation and a 990d deal of centemplation about all the amazing natural wonders and interesting geographies, differel1t peoples, cultures and personalities, natural playgrounds and mysterious melodies occupying the retational sphere ;that W9-1 the human race, ci\1I home. The dream evolved into a parallel obser 'on thqt no existing American publication sufficiently celebrates the 8iversit of � pl�net and the spirit of adventure ohe lea�ns in discovering its details. The magazine would adopt a philosophy of Rushing boundaries, liv­ ing life to the fullest and approaching every day a city street or trekking through Tibet.
