I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I With so much attention turned toward synthetics these days, it's easy to overlook natural fibers. In synthetic fabrics, air flows between the fibers, whereas wool allows air to pass not only between but also within the protein fibers. This is inter- esting when we' re talking about lots of sweaty yoga! This piece is made from 100 percent merino wool, an extremely fine, lightweight, strong and silky fabric, that doesn't itch, smell or absorb moisture. Instead, it breathes, releases moisture and moves as you do. After all, merino is what sheep in New Zealand wear while trekking up the slopes of the Southern Alps or grazing at 6,000 feet. The comfortable cotton/spandex fabric is soft to the touch and wicks well, but the real coup is in its versatility: the supportive built-in bra means it's good for action and the halter top design equals style. It doesn' t ride up or flop but fits well. The North Face, www.thenorthface.com. $24 I ~- - --- - --------------------------- , , , I I Literally speaking, the Wicked T was cool. The fabric, very thin and airy, means it feels incredibly lightweight and breathable during yoga. In a nutshell: cool. Both pieces here are made of Coolmax fabric, which wicks sweat and keeps you comfy the whole series through. The Boogie Capri pants seem to hit the perfect spot between pant and short. They fall to a flattering mid-calf level, where there is a wide slit a the back for increased movement. The Sport Tank has a supportive shelf bra and wide cross-back straps for extra support. You don't need to wear anything underneath, and nor should you. The front of the tank top is wider and slightly rounded, nicely covering your middle, so it doesn't ride up during backbending. Both pieces have flat seams to avoid rubbing and rashing. Lululemon Athletica, '18;.' www.lululemonathletica.com. Capris: $50 Tank: $30 63
