If you're up for a little adventure, you can bike your way some of the High Atlas' most beautiful and wild terrain. out of Marrakech on the road to Ouarzazate. Just a few meters after crossing the Tichka pass, you'll come to a roa leading to the village of Telouet. Take this road. Before you will be one of the most stunning sights in the Atlas: the Glaoui Casbah, a rambling complex of buildings, competing for grandeur with the High Atlas peaks themselves. A true Moroccan castle. The Glaoui brothers, Madani and Thami. were Berber clan leaders who, through a savvy political move. were made Caids (regional overlords) of all the land between the High Atlas and the Sahara.
